The changing conflict escalation as reflected from various job-strike actions, which frequently occurred, indicates that it is necessary to make several review and attention from all the people, in particular, the businessmen. A worse managing of human resource, especially for a company that involving numerous and concentrated labors, has big potential over labor conflict. From the background and idea above, we offer one solution to remove some labor conflict potentials. A solution that we offering, is cooperation that benefit each other between user as labor user and we, as labor provider. Legally, the labor force we prepared and provided, does not have relation with user company, hence some affairs concerning to manpower will be our responsibility. Into such cooperation mechanism, the potential of labor conflict will be minimized as soon as possible. We can guarantee our statement, because of following reasons : 1. There is no law relation between user and our labor force. 2. There is no mass concentration due to the working relation legally that occured between labor and us so psychologically, there is some distand automatically affects the labor's emotional relation with user's staff
